Pasta Sauces

At least once a day, we Italians cannot refuse a good dish of pasta. The sauces that we propose are chef Giovanni’s masterpieces. All you have to do is to cook some good quality durum wheat pasta, drain it “al dente”, mix it in a pan with the contents of one of our sauce jars and a little of the pasta water, and serve immediately: you’ll feel as if you’re sitting in a first rate Italian restaurant.

Pistachio pesto and Shrimps

For two people

Pour into the pan, add 80 ml of water to cook the pasta, cook over low heat for 2 minutes, mix with the pasta.

Ingredients:

Water, pistachio 18%, olive oil, tomato, shrimp 8%, wheat flour, salt, garlic, pine nuts, basil, mint, parsley, natural flavor (fish, molluscs, crustaceans).

Swordfish sauce and Aubergine

For two people

Pour into the pan, add 80 ml of water to cook the pasta, cook over low heat for 2 minutes, mix with the pasta.

Ingredients:

Swordfish 33%, aubergine 26%, tomato, water, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, pine nuts, salt, mint, natural flavor (fish, molluscs, crustaceans)

Tuna eggs and Artichokes

Dose per due persone.

Versare in padella, aggiungere 80ml di acqua di cottura della pasta, lasciare cuocere a fuoco basso per 2 minuti e amalgamare con la pasta.

Ingredienti:

Acqua, uova di tonno 29%, carciofi 14%, pomodoro, olio extra vergine d’oliva, sale aglio.
